Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (m/w/d) Member of the Executive Board 100 % workload Livesystems is one of the largest marketers of digital out-of-home advertising in Switzerland. The company has been part of Schweizerische Post since mid-2021. We are represented at 8 locations throughout Switzerland with over 80 employees. The Digital out of Home advertising spaces of Livesystems appeal to an active and mobile population and reach around 3\.8 million people weekly (net reach 55%) with over 36 million gross contacts. Meanwhile, over 13’000 screens are available at various locations and in different environments. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated person, effective immediately or by arrangement. Tasks and responsibilities Development and implementation of the technological vision and strategy that supports the company objectives Close cooperation with CEO, CFO and other GL members for the joint leadership of the company Direct leadership of 7 employees from the areas of software development, IT-infrastructure and product technology Overall responsibility for stable, secure and high-performance ICT operations Responsibility for IT architecture, scalability, data security and system availability Establishment and further development of high-performance, agile structures and processes in the tech area Technological assessment of new business potentials and innovations Communication of technical topics to internal and external stakeholders Management of the tech budget as well as planning of long-term investments Qualifications To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements: Completed studies in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification Several years of experience in a leading technical role with direct personnel responsibility Profound understanding and experience in modern software development as well as in On-Premise and Cloud IT solutions and the development of digital products.
