Introduction
DermatoClinic SA is a specialized dermatology clinic scheduled to open in December 2026 in the center of Neuchâtel. Eventually, it will welcome 3 dermatologists and a surgeon working with a team of medical assistants. This new group practice will essentially develop an offer of medical dermatology with a strong surgical component.
Responsibilities
Welcoming patients (physical and telephone reception)
Organizing the clinic: supply and provision of material in the consultation offices, treatment rooms and operating theaters.
Assisting doctors for surgical procedures in the operating theater.
Performing delegated acts under the responsibility of the doctors: blood tests, injections, phototherapy treatments, post-surgical acts.
Managing correspondence via email with patients
As part of the billing process, managing relations with insurance companies.
Qualifications
Diploma as a medical assistant or nurse.
Previous experience in a medical practice or a clinic.
Appetite for both the medical and administrative dimensions of the position.
Team spirit
Autonomy, sense of initiative, good interpersonal skills with both patients and doctors or other assistants.
Knowledge of Tardoc billing principles
Assets: mastery of Pulse Medica and practice of German or English
