Clarification and Integration You clarify potentials as well as technical and key competencies, agree on individual integration plans, initiate suitable measures and steps, and check their success. Coaching In complex life situations, you offer individual coaching focused on professional integration using suitable methods. Networking You maintain direct contacts with providers of integration measures and employers in the region, and enable internships, training assignments, and accompanied job placements in the primary labor market. Assuming Responsibility You work independently in your area of responsibility and actively contribute to the further development of the specialist department. Your daily work also includes documenting consultations and the measures taken. Your Profile Experience You have gained several years of professional experience in coaching people in difficult life situations. Knowledge in the areas of work integration, personnel placement, vocational training, and social networks in Basel is an advantage. Personality Your strengths include high social competence and independence, efficient work organization, and a strong sense of responsibility. Education In addition to your Bachelor's degree in social, educational, or personnel fields, you have completed a coaching training or further education in the field of Supported Employment.
