Your mission Provide nursing care at the beneficiaries' homes. Assess needs, plan and deliver appropriate care. Guarantee clinical follow-up and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, doctors and relatives. Contribute to maintaining home residence and the well-being of patients. Your profile HES Nurse diploma or title deemed equivalent. For foreign diplomas: CRS recognition mandatory. Confirmed experience of minimum 2 years in home care. Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities. Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility. Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable. Clean Swiss criminal record extract required.
