What you can contribute

• manage the development of computer applications within agile projects, as product owner, within the Informatique juridique unit
• collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; ensure close coordination with IT suppliers
• structure and prioritize requirements in collaboration with the legislative units
• align product strategy with legal requirements, political objectives and IT strategies
• help the project team choose suitable technologies
• develop the basis for project mandates, gather the necessary IT knowledge and perform strategy analysis

What makes you unique

• degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent training (e.g. in business administration, in business informatics or in engineering)
• mastery of project management methods, if possible experience as a product manager in an agile environment, with CSPO, IPMA, SAFe, or other certification
• interest in legal issues
• analytical thinking, ability to abstract and a good overview of issues, communication skills and customer orientation
• good knowledge of two official languages and knowledge of English
