In the Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Rosengarten, 47 residents are cared for in the sense of holistic and activating care. Taking individual needs into account, we ensure that the residents feel comfortable and well cared for with us.

Co-responsibility for professional care and support in all situations
Assumption of daily responsibility after thorough introduction
Key person work
Planning, implementation and documentation of the entire nursing process in easyDOK
General administrative tasks
Your requirement profile
Qualification as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
Experience in geriatrics is an advantage
Professional and social competence in care and support
Familiarity in dealing with residents suffering from dementia
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
IT user knowledge in Word, Outlook, easyDOK
