In order to complete our team, we are looking for a: Night Audit (M/F) Workplace: Beau-Rivage Palace / Château d'Ouchy / Hôtel Angleterre Start date: As soon as possible Contract type: Indefinite Term Contract Responsibilities • You are versatile, autonomous and reactive, and you intervene according to the needs of the different hotels in order to contribute to the security and comfort of clients as well as the smooth running of night operations. • You ensure the welcome, late arrivals and early departures of clients. • You guarantee a personalized service in accordance with the standards of a luxury establishment and the Leading Hotels of the World (LQA) program. • You perform Night Audit operations and daily closings in compliance with internal procedures. • You control collections, invoicing and the consistency of financial data. • You ensure the follow-up of client requests during the night and provide operational support to the different hotel services when activity requires it. • You ensure the security of clients, employees and the building during your shift, and you take charge of complaints and sensitive situations during the night, seeking appropriate solutions to guarantee client satisfaction. • You perform daily closings according to current standards and accounting instructions, as well as the daily closings of our IT systems. Profile sought • You master IT tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). • You have a good mastery of a hotel PMS (ideally Opera Cloud) and you know the MICROS system, an asset. • You have good knowledge of accounting closing procedures. • You have a sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service. • You are able to manage your stress and are proactive in seeking solutions. • You demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, good physical condition and a sense of responsibility. • You have a first successful experience in reception or in Night-Audit, ideally in high-end or luxury hospitality, and you must master French and English, any other language being an asset.
