Building Services Planner EFZ

You will take primary responsibility for a qualitatively flawless realization of all planned sanitary projects. In doing so, you will keep an eye on efficiency and cost optimization. For our customers, you are the first point of contact and you look after and accompany them from the beginning to the end of the project. This includes, among other things, participation in construction meetings with the clients, architects, or planners. You assist with the deployment planning of the installers and are responsible for the scheduling of the installers for your projects. You plan smaller projects, calculate and independently create offers and bill the projects. Your profile You have successfully completed vocational training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ or Building Services Planner Sanitary. You have already gained professional experience as a Project Manager or have completed advanced vocational training (e.g., Master, Techniker HF, Project Manager Building Services, or Head Fitter). Ideally, you possess cross-disciplinary knowledge in building services technology (sanitary). You have an independent and reliable way of working. You are looking for a lively working environment. Haste and a not entirely predictable everyday routine do not deter you, but rather appeal to you. You possess an exceptionally high customer orientation, very good manners and a well-groomed and confident appearance.
