In this context, it is looking for an entrepreneurial personality capable of combining strategic vision, proximity to the market and operational excellence as: Director Suisse Romande ----------------------------------- ### Grow an activity, unite talents and set out to conquer the Romand market! ### Your responsibilities At the head of the Unité Bâtiment Suisse romande, you assume global responsibility on strategic, commercial, operational, human and financial levels. You define and implement the development strategy, consolidate existing activities and identify new growth drivers. Very present on the market, you develop a solid network with the main players in construction and steer the acquisition of strategic projects. With a high degree of autonomy, you structure the organization to support its growth, recruit key skills, develop talents and build a high-performing management team. A unifying leader, you establish a culture of responsibility, collaboration, excellence and customer orientation. Guarantor of the economic performance of your unit, you manage revenue, profitability, budget and the order book, while ensuring risk management and project quality. Finally, you promote synergies with the other entities of the group in order to offer integrated and high value-added solutions on complex projects. ### Your profile Having benefited from higher education in a field related to building, construction, energy or a comparable technical discipline, you have proven experience in the building sector and in managing complex projects. In the past, you have led multidisciplinary teams and assumed responsibility for a profit center, with mastery of budget, profitability and commercial development challenges. Your excellent knowledge of the Suisse romand market and its main actors allows you to identify opportunities and create lasting relationships with high-level interlocutors. A personality close to the field, you know how to give direction, mobilize teams and accompany an organization in a growth dynamic. Your entrepreneurial spirit is accompanied by a real capacity for execution, a strong customer orientation and a deep understanding of the interfaces between the different building professions. In addition to a perfect command of French, you ideally have very good knowledge of German and/or English.
