In our IT & Security Operations team, you ensure that our customers' IT systems and infrastructures run stably, securely and performantly. You resolve demanding malfunctions, implement planned changes and are the link between the Service Desk and our engineering teams. The role is an ideal step towards the Cloud & Platform, Workplace or Security Engineering team. Your Tasks
Monitoring and operation of customer environments in Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid infrastructures
Processing of Incidents and Service Requests in 2nd/3rd Level
Planning and implementation of Changes and maintenance work
Close cooperation with Service Desk and engineering teams
Further development of monitoring, automation and documentation
Your Profile
Completed IT training (EFZ, HF) or comparable background
Experience in IT operations or 2nd-level support is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Windows Server
Understanding of ITIL processes is an advantage
Reliable, structured way of working and team spirit
Very good German skills, English is an advantage
