Responsibilities

• Carrying out feasibility studies for each project
• Coordination of calls for tenders, estimates and bids
• Preparation and management of building permit applications
• Guaranteeing compliance with costs and deadlines throughout the project
• Steering, organization and technical and administrative management of construction sites
• Preparation of execution files, detailed plans and technical documents

Profile

• Holder of a HES Construction Manager degree
• Proven experience in site management acquired within an architecture office or a general contractor in Switzerland
• Acute sense of responsibility, excellent organization and ability to work in close collaboration with teams
• Mastery of French, spoken and written
