Ensuring professional and holistic care of the residents
Responsibility for the nursing process of the assigned residents
Exchange and cooperation with relatives and external contact persons
Support of the department head in personnel, professional, and organizational matters
Taking over leadership responsibility in the absence of the department head
Active participation in shaping the goals and further development of the department

What you bring with you:
Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF
Commitment, sense of responsibility, and joy in nursing
Initial leadership experience or motivation to develop yourself further
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
PC user knowledge, ideally easyDOK
Additional qualification as RAI Supervisor an advantage
Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and a positive personality
