In your three-year training at the Herisau site, you will become part of a team and ensure in the background that people and goods can be transported in an environmentally friendly, safe and reliable manner on the rail network. ### What to expect • Check, maintain and replace tracks and switches • Create and maintain service routes and embankments • Move precast concrete elements, repair and maintenance work on the drainage systems of the railway facility • Participate in slope maintenance, vegetation control and the necessary maintenance work • As part of our training cooperation, you will work with learners from other companies in regular deployments and gain insight into various projects. You will be accompanied by experienced practical trainers.
