Receptionist Work location Rotkreuz Workload 40% Start of work immediately or by agreement What to expect • You greet and attend to customers, guests and visitors in a professional manner and ensure first-class service. • You ensure a smooth reception operation, process phone calls and emails, and coordinate incoming requests. • You take on administrative tasks such as mail processing, ordering, ticket management, data maintenance, and management of badges and parking spaces. • You coordinate meetings and events, support catering events, and work closely with internal interfaces such as IT, building technology, and housekeeping. • You take responsibility for access and security management and support organizational tasks around the site. What you bring • Completed commercial training or training in the service/hotel sector and professional experience in a comparable function. • Very good German language skills as well as good English and French language skills in writing and speaking. • Solid MS-Office skills and a structured, independent way of working. • Strong service orientation, organizational skills, team skills, and enjoyment of dealing with people. • Flexibility in terms of working hours and willingness to work approximately 1-2 holiday shifts per year.
