La Fondation Soins Lausanne, with its 8 CMS and its 790 employees, takes care annually of 6'200 clients at home and serves the City of Lausanne. Our Centres Médico-Sociaux (CMS) offer the population of Lausanne quality multidisciplinary services and their interventions are based on values of humanity and equity. In order to complete our teams, La Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or by agreement a Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Coordinator - 80% Your mission • Deploy and ensure the follow-up of the professional risk prevention process (biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic, psychosocial and organizational). • Ensure case management of employees in absence or in complex health situations and coordinate actions for maintenance and return to work. • Advise managers and collaborate with internal and external partners (AVASAD, GSE and safety specialists, insurance, external experts, occupational medicine, etc.) • Lead OHS bodies, coordinate prevention actions and participate in institutional projects. • Promote good practices in hygiene, infection prevention, ergonomics and use of protective equipment. • Develop and update procedures, tools and communication materials related to occupational health and safety. • Raise awareness and train employees in order to strengthen the prevention culture. Your profile and your skills • Bachelor or title deemed equivalent in the fields of health, human or social sciences • Specialized additional training in occupational health and/or social insurance • Training in project management or case management, an asset • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in occupational health, community health, prevention or in a field related to health and safety. • Mastery of the legal framework and the MSST system • Proven skills in prevention and health promotion • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills in networks and multidisciplinarity • Sense of perspective and global vision • Emotional mastery and stress management • Very good listening and analysis skills • Diplomacy and sense of communication • Ability to prioritize • Professional awareness and ethics Application deadline: 16 August 2026 Information: Charlotte Schröder, HR Specialist, 021 651 30 60 Due to our field of activity, the criminal record extract must be presented during the process.
