Internal training modules in cooperation with the Swatch Group as well as excursions with other apprentices complement your interesting apprenticeship period. During your three-year training as a Kauffrau / Kaufmann, you will work in 6 different departments. You will take on both administrative and organizational tasks. In various languages, you will advise our customers and employees personally and by telephone and seek constructive and rapid solutions for their concerns. The planning and organizing of various events and assignments at the telephone switchboard are also part of the training program. Profile For the commercial profession in an international company, good school knowledge in German, English and French as well as mastery of the 10-finger typing system are important. You enjoy working on the computer, enjoy communicating with various people from all over the world and are characterized by your organizational and planning talent and your independence. A degree at the highest compulsory school level (Sek Kt. Bern / Sek E Kt. Solothurn) is a prerequisite for the commercial profession.
