We are a company active in Facility Services. To strengthen our team in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a regionally working employee as of now or by arrangement Caretaker / Specialist in Facility Management / Cleaner m/f 100% Your tasks: • Property maintenance (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings • Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining flower beds, trimming hedges and edges • Monitoring of building technology • General tasks arising, such as changing lamps etc. Requirements: • Apprenticeship as a specialist in facility management, manual vocational training, or several years of experience as a caretaker/cleaner • Language: CH-German • Driver's license Cat.
