Job Description

• You advise your customers holistically and competently in the areas of retirement planning, income protection, and wealth planning.
• You develop individual and professionally sound pension solutions that are tailored to the personal needs and life situations of your customers.
• You maintain existing customer relationships sustainably and continue to expand your personal network in a targeted and continuous manner.
• You identify market and business potentials at an early stage, actively win new customers, and use your network specifically to further expand your customer base.
• You create individual offers, competently accompany your customers until the contract is concluded, and ensure structured, efficient, and reliable administration.

Desired Profile

• You bring several years of practical experience in the field of pension planning and possess sound knowledge in customer advisory.
• Further education or qualification such as IAF, Financial Planner, or a comparable training is an advantage.
• Alternatively, with appropriate professional experience, a completed VBV certificate is also a suitable qualification.
• You are strong in communication, think entrepreneurially, and are customer-oriented. In doing so, you work independently, goal-oriented, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• With your professional and convincing appearance, you create trust and enjoy advising customers personally and accompanying them long-term.
