Come and strengthen our management team at the central headquarters in Berne as a Real Estate Asset Manager 80-100 % Your tasks You define the strategies for the buildings while ensuring fairness and respect for the values of Zivag Gérances SA. You manage and monitor real estate portfolios in terms of performance, risk, valuation and development, and define then implement optimization measures. This position with responsibilities, with a strong strategic dimension, also encompasses market and economic analyses that form the basis for investment and divestment decisions. As part of your duties, you will sit on the management of Zivag Gérances SA and will be responsible, with your colleague, for French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Your background You have higher education in real estate management. You have experience as a real estate asset manager and you know the Swiss real estate market. Endowed with a marked analytical spirit and a great capacity for strategic thinking, you are very invested in your work and strongly service-oriented. You have perfect mastery of French orally and in writing and have good knowledge of German. Notions of Italian would be an asset.
