Our client is an internationally active manufacturing company from the packaging industry. The company develops, among other things, materials for customers from pharma, food, and consumer goods. Quality, product safety, and hygiene therefore characterize the entire production process. At the Swiss location, production, engineering, and quality management work closely together.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• In this function, you manage central quality topics and lead a small team in operational day-to-day business
• You regularly review existing quality processes and specifically further develop standards and documentation
• You evaluate relevant key figures and derive concrete improvement measures for the operation from them
• You prepare audits and external inspections and coordinate cooperation with internal as well as external bodies
• In the event of deviations, complaints, and hygiene issues, you ensure clear root cause analyses and effective follow-up measures

• You already bring sound experience in the quality environment of a manufacturing company
• Ideally, you complement your technical training with further training in quality management
• Leadership experience helps you to support employees professionally and set clear priorities within the team
