Plant Operator Production (m/f/d)

Introduction

Do you want to take on responsibility and ensure that our production lines run smoothly, efficiently, and reliably? For our client, we are looking for you as a Plant Operator in production. In this role, you will control, monitor, and optimize the production plants - with a focus on quality, processing speed, and adherence to deadlines.

Tasks

• Independent operation and monitoring of the production plants during the entire shift operation
• Setting up, converting, and starting up the machines according to the order and work plan
• Ensuring product quality through in-process controls, releases, and compliance with specifications and process requirements
• Identifying and rectifying malfunctions; performing simple maintenance work; escalation according to SOP if necessary
• Active participation in process improvements to increase efficiency and plant stability
• Documentation of production data in the system (feedback, checklists, deviations) and reporting to the team leader

Profile

• Completed training in production or manufacturing, e.g., as a Polymechaniker/in EFZ or comparable
• Professional experience in production, ideally in the control of production plants
• Strong technical understanding and confident handling of production machines
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working; team-oriented and strong communication skills
• Very good German skills in spoken and written; other languages an advantage
