Tasks: Technically prepare, execute and follow up on corporate events Take over technical management or develop towards it Coordinate personnel, material and processes Operate audio, video, presentation and conference technology Support presentations as well as collaboration and video conferencing tools Ensure smooth event operations Resolve technical malfunctions Work together with event management and specialist departments Document assignments and support technical offers Requirement profile: Training in event technology or a comparable field Several years of experience, ideally in a corporate environment Confident handling of audio, video, presentation and conference technology Good Microsoft 365 knowledge; collaboration and video conferencing tools are an advantage Willingness to take responsibility for personnel and technical processes Very good German and English skills Confident, service-oriented appearance Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working We offer you Active participation: The opportunity to contribute your ideas – with us, commitment is truly appreciated!
