Mechanic for the maintenance of production facilities (60–100%) The HYGA AG is a 3rd generation family business based in Rüti bei Büren. For over 90 years, we have been developing and producing high-quality hygiene products for everyday use – baby diapers, sanitary pads, and incontinence products. To strengthen our technical team, we are looking for a specialist as Mechanic for the maintenance of production facilities 60–100% per immediately or by arrangement. Our production facilities are the heart of our company. To ensure they run reliably, we need people who understand machines mechanically, recognize malfunctions, find solutions, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves. At HYGA, real work is still done on machines: maintaining, repairing, adjusting, improving, as well as adapting or manufacturing spare and optimization parts themselves if required. We are looking for a person who works independently, takes responsibility, finds practical solutions, and also looks beyond their own area of responsibility.
