What you bring: • Completed vocational training (EFZ) as a landscape, potted plant or cut flower gardener or other manual basic training (EFZ) combined with professional experience in the green area • Federal certificate of competence as a specialist in justice enforcement or willingness to acquire one in a career-accompanying manner • Good communicative skills (verbal knowledge of a foreign language E/F/I/S is an advantage) and tolerance in dealing with people of different origins • Robust health, resilience, independence, reliability and ability to cope with criticism and conflict • Minimum age: 28 years, impeccable reputation (current extract from the criminal record and debt collection register) The prisoners (excluding pre-trial detention) are obliged to work during their sentence and perform their work assignments in one of the over 20 different/diversified industrial operations. Thus, jobs are available for the deployment of prisoners in the areas of production, household, agriculture (garden) and construction and maintenance. Your work environment At the Lenzburg Correctional Facility (https://www.ag.ch/de/verwaltung/dvi/strafverfolgung-strafvollzug/jva-lenzburg), persons who have been sentenced to a prison term or a custodial measure are cared for.
