For over 40 years, the Dychrain has been home to 30 people with physical and mental disabilities and is an employer for approx. 95 employees in Münchenstein. The residential groups are specifically set up for the requirements of the residents requiring intensive care and support. In the supervised day activities, we support and accompany our residents as well as up to 10 external clients in pursuing adapted employment. We offer daily structure, social encounters, and a fulfilling and meaningful activity.

To support our team in supervised day activities, we are looking for an experienced personality as of October 1st or by arrangement as

Specialist in Care (FABE) / Therapeutic Education, Focus Creative Atelier 50 - 80 % ##

(day shifts only, Monday to Friday)

Your tasks

• You accompany and care for the residents in various ateliers with the greatest possible autonomy and self-determination
• You take on responsibility according to your job description and use your knowledge and creativity in a targeted manner
