Deputy Management Nursing & Care Your field of activity In this key position, you combine strategic thinking with proximity to practice. Together with the management, you will further develop the Nursing & Care area. Your tasks • Deputizing for the Management Nursing & Care • Co-responsibility for the strategic and operational further development of the Nursing & Care area • Promotion of evidence-based and person-centered nursing and specialist groups • Accompanying complex nursing and resident situations • Development and implementation of professional standards, concepts, and projects • Responsibility for quality development and nursing development • Collaboration in digitalization, innovation, and change projects • Promotion of interprofessional cooperation as well as an open learning and feedback culture • Participation in budget, resource, and personnel development processes You bring with you • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or comparable university degree • Several years of experience in long-term care • Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility • Professional competence in gerontology, dementia, or gerontopsychiatry • Analytical and networked thinking • Enjoyment of quality development, innovation, and project work • Strong communication skills • Initiative, decisiveness, and a sense of responsibility What distinguishes you You recognize potentials, develop sustainable solutions, and create trust.
