CNC Programmer-Adjuster

For our client, a family-owned manufacture based in La Chaux-de-fonds, we are looking for talents in the position of: CNC Programmer-Adjuster (M/F) Your responsibilities You program parts on Alphacam, in 3 and 5-axis machining You take charge of adjustments, start-up and machining on CNC lathes and milling machines (Bumotec S191, Robodrill, W408S2, Fanuc controls) You ensure the conformity of each part using the control tools available (including Marcel-Aubert, micrometer) You contribute to the versatility of the team and fully commit to achieving quality, performance and deadline objectives Your profile From a precision mechanic, micromechanic or equivalent training You have several years of experience in the watch industry You master FAO programming You are autonomous in setting, starting and programming on CNC machines, in particular of the Robodrill and/or Bumotec S191 type You are comfortable with reading technical plans as well as using usual measuring instruments Organized, precise and proactive, you appreciate teamwork and adopt a solution-oriented approach Your benefits Human-sized company favoring autonomy and reactivity Flexible working hours High-end products intended for a prestigious clientele Key role with a real impact on industrial performance Real possibilities for professional development About us: At Safeguard Global Suisse, we specialize in staff leasing (temporary and fixed personnel placement) and offer customized solutions to support companies in their recruitment needs, throughout Switzerland and beyond.
