In the function as operations management, you take over the pedagogical and business management of the location and bear the main responsibility for the learners. You are responsible for the professional and personnel leadership of the employees as well as for the implementation of the financial, marketing, and personnel strategy. You work closely with parents and group leaders, but also with the authorities. In addition, you actively participate in projects. Min. 5 years of experience as a Kita Manager
a degree as a specialist in care (Fachperson Betreuung) or childcare worker (Kleinkinderzieher:in) or an equivalent qualification (attach SBFI recognition) as well as the diploma "Leading an institution in family-supplementary childcare"
