Job description Set up job subscription   Vulnerability Service Manager (w/m/d) # IT / Bern / Experienced professionals / Permanent / 40% - 100% What to expect from you ## As a Vulnerability Management Specialist, you are part of the Cyber Security team and, together with your colleagues, develop the operational cyber security of Mobiliar in a sustainable way. Our ambition is to further develop and expand the operational cyber security of Mobiliar with your technical knowledge, coordination skills, and assertiveness. What you will achieve with us ## You identify and evaluate vulnerabilities in our IT landscape and coordinate their remediation based on a risk-based approach. You work diligently, keep track of progress, and support the teams in implementing sustainable solutions. Together with colleagues from IT and Cyber Security, you continuously develop vulnerability identification. With a solution-oriented approach, you introduce automations, process improvements, and new approaches, using state-of-the-art technologies, including AI-supported tools. In your role, you network with various departments and contribute to balancing security and practicality. You actively shape the further development of vulnerability management in a complex corporate environment. What you bring ## • Education or degree in (business) informatics, cyber security, or a related field • Initial experience in vulnerability & patch management, incident management, or a comparable cyber security discipline; alternatively, the willingness to acquire the corresponding knowledge on the job and through targeted further training • Interest in IT security and enjoyment in sustainably reducing security risks • Desire to familiarize yourself with cyber security processes and methods on the job and through further training • Self-reliant, responsible, and team-oriented • Fluent German and good English skills   Our team ## You can expect an engaged and agile team that values open collaboration, mutual support, and joint success.
