Your mission within Ecobion We are pleased to offer you a new position: Food hygiene auditor and advisor This position covers the Riviera, Chablais, Bas-Valais Region. Your tasks ; * Evaluate quality systems, infrastructures, working methods, or even operating concepts, * Advise and assist our clients in implementing their corrective actions, * Create and implement HACCP systems and self-control concepts, * Accompany clients regarding compliance with Swiss legislation and various cantonal legislations, * Perform sample collection and interpret the results of their analyses, * Provide training related to food safety, * Manage the global planning and realization of mandates, * Live or will live in the main working region or very close to it. Your profile ; * You are an agronomic technician, an agri-food engineer, have an equivalent curriculum or you possess solid knowledge in food technology and microbiology, * You have good practical experience with HACCP, * You know Swiss legislation on food products, * You master the guides of good practices validated by the OSAV, * You perfectly master French (oral and written), * You possess good knowledge in the culinary arts, * You know how to work autonomously but also how to integrate into a group, * You are flexible and have good organizational skills, * You enjoy traveling and tolerate the uncertainties related to it, * You have very good human contact, * You live or will live in the main working region or very close to it.
