In this exciting position, you are primarily responsible for the engineering and continuous development of our data center sites, notably in Dielsdorf (Zurich) and Lupfig (Argovie). Your area of responsibility ##

In this responsible position as an engineer at Green, you will take on a range of varied and demanding tasks that require specialized technical knowledge and organizational skills. You will play a central role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of HVAC and building services. Your main tasks include:

• Definition and establishment of standards for engineering and installation to guarantee the highest quality standards.
• Evaluation and selection of the systems and products used, with an emphasis on efficiency and sustainability.
• Development and definition of data center architectures as well as design guidelines in close collaboration with your team.
• Implementation and application of technical requirements and tasks within projects, while maintaining an overview of all relevant details.
• Carrying out calculations for technical systems, supported by external partners, in order to obtain precise and reliable results.
• Ensuring that final tests of the work performed are correctly carried out and comprehensively documented.
• Coordination of the handover of new technical installations to operational management (Operations) to guarantee a smooth transition.
• Project management taking into account current project management processes, particularly in the dimensions of time, scope, and costs.
• Close collaboration with external partners to jointly develop innovative and future-oriented solutions.

Your skills ##

• You possess a university degree or a specialized higher technical school degree with a specialization in refrigeration and air conditioning technology or a comparable field. Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of data centers - whether in operations or projects - or in a similar environment distinguish you.
• Your professional experience in managing critical infrastructure makes you a reliable expert in your field. You work autonomously and with a high level of quality requirement on varied tasks, while maintaining your stress resistance and persuasiveness even in demanding situations.
• A team-oriented approach to work is a matter of course for you, and you will convince with great social competence as well as your enthusiasm and pleasure for your field of expertise. Your sense of responsibility and solution-oriented thinking are as developed as your passion for technical and technological topics.
• Very good language skills in German and English, both oral and written, complete your profile and allow you to communicate effectively in an international environment.
