To support our Global IT team, we are looking for a personality at the Langenthal location, effective immediately or by arrangement, as an

IT Support Specialist 100 % (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Collaboration in the Service Desk and in the global ICT-Workplace-Team
• Supporting employees with questions regarding hardware, Microsoft 365 and mobile devices
• Recording, prioritizing and accompanying malfunctions and service requests until resolution
• Providing and configuring computers, smartphones, tablets and peripheral devices
• Supporting entries, exits, workplace changes and hardware renewals
• Reliably maintaining inventory, asset and documentation data
• Collaborating on global IT projects, for example during rollouts

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training in the IT sector, IT systems engineer, ICT specialist or comparable
• Initial support experience is an advantage; motivated career starters are welcome
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365
• Enjoyment of contact with people as well as patience, empathy and service orientation
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, empathy, intercultural competencies
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
