Télé-Thyon SA and its real estate agency Imalp Thyon SA are looking for: Your missions: Missions related to real estate management • Ensure the maintenance of the outdoor spaces of chalets and PPE: mowing, scything, watering, snow removal • Collect and evacuate bulky waste • Ensure routine maintenance and small repairs in rental accommodations • Organize interventions according to schedules and weather conditions • Perform a daily report of the work completed and any particularities encountered • Manage requests for quotes from external companies • Ensure monthly visits to the properties under contract • Ensure the follow-up of the maintenance of the company's installations • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Missions related to ski lifts • Collaborate on the maintenance (preventive and curative) of the ski lift installations • Perform emergency troubleshooting and repairs • Contribute to the upkeep and maintenance of the company's buildings Your profile: • Hold a CFC in the fields of operations agent, construction or building, landscaping, or any other equivalent training • Possess excellent manual skills and a self-taught nature • Possess basic knowledge/experience in plumbing, electricity, painting, and outdoor maintenance, a real asset • Perfect mastery of French (other languages an asset) • Be comfortable with standard basic IT tools • Interpersonal skills, sense of priorities and solution orientation • Dynamic, flexible, and proactive personality • Willing to work irregular hours, especially in winter and summer seasons • Developed team spirit • Interest in the mountains and winter sports Start date: immediately or to be agreed General questions regarding recruitment?
