Project Engineer Civil, Structural & Architectural - Data Center

You support the construction management in the planning, coordination, and implementation of civil, structural, and architectural works on data center construction projects in the Zurich region.

Tasks

• Support the Construction Manager in the planning, coordination, and implementation of all CSA works
• Monitoring of readiness for execution: plans, technical approvals, materials, permits, subcontractor resources
• Cooperation with planning, BIM, QA/QC, procurement, logistics, and MEP to manage interfaces
• Carrying out site inspections, monitoring construction progress and productivity
• Support in quality controls, inspections, and defect management (NCR)
• Review of plans and technical documents, processing of technical queries (RFIs)
• Maintaining project documentation and support with as-built documentation and project handover

Profile

• Completed studies or comparable qualification in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in site organization, construction execution, or project realization on demanding structural engineering projects
• Sound understanding of CSA construction processes and site coordination, confident handling of execution plans and BIM models
• Experience in the coordination of subcontractors and interdisciplinary interfaces
• Good knowledge of quality management processes in construction (RFIs, ITPs, NCRs, inspections)
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, pharma, semiconductor, or comparable projects is an advantage
