Do you want to not only operate applications, but understand how systems and business processes interact and actively develop them further? To strengthen our Group IT team, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as an ERP Application Specialist. Your place of work is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon. Additionally, you have the opportunity to work partly from home.

In this versatile function, you support our ERP systems and the associated peripheral systems along the business processes of our real estate management. You analyze functional and technical questions, support our internal customers, and accompany improvements and further developments from the requirement through testing to implementation. In doing so, you work closely with specialist departments, internal IT teams, and external partners.

Tasks: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon ###

• In this role, you and your team ensure the stable operation of our ERP systems and the associated peripheral systems.
• You analyze functional, procedural, and technical questions and process them independently within the scope of our application support.
• For error analysis and data checks, you use, among other things, test systems, database queries, and other technical analysis tools.
• You record requirements from the specialist departments, analyze them, and accompany their implementation from finding a solution through testing to implementation.
• You recognize optimization potential in business processes and applications and actively contribute your own suggestions for improvement.
• Additionally, you take over the configuration of central system parameters, manage permissions, and ensure the quality of the relevant application data.
• You participate in releases, quality assurance measures, ERP developments, and cross-departmental projects.
• Furthermore, you support the specialist departments during the onboarding of new customers and, together with the involved teams, ensure that the required processes and master data are correctly mapped in our systems.

Requirements: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon ###

• You have completed training in the field of informatics, business informatics, real estate, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in dealing with ERP or business applications and enjoy connecting functional processes and technical contexts.
• Knowledge of real estate management or real estate accounting is an advantage. Alternatively, you bring the willingness to familiarize yourself deeply with these processes.
• Experience with Wincasa Q and/or Garaio REM will facilitate your entry into the function.
• Ideally, you have basic SQL knowledge and have experience dealing with ticket systems, test environments, or data analyses.
• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner, take responsibility, and investigate questions independently.
• You enjoy working with different specialist departments and convince through a strong service and customer orientation.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills. French language skills are an advantage.
