We are looking for a motivated: Team Leader Administration Security Systems 80-100% (m/f/d) ## Area of responsibility: • Functional and personnel leadership as well as support of the team • Organization of deployment planning and ensuring deputy arrangements • Conducting employee appraisals as well as supporting the recruitment of new employees • Control and maintenance of time recording as well as relevant master data • Promotion and coordination of further training within the team • Optimization and further development of internal workflows and processes • Coordination with clients, internal specialist departments, planners, and architects • Planning, support, and execution of projects in the field of security systems • Monitoring of deadlines, quality, and costs as well as responsibility for project billing • Administration and management of the internal material warehouse using Abacus • Co-responsibility for product management within the department Requirements: • Completed commercial basic training, ideally with a technical background or technical understanding • Leadership experience is an advantage • Knowledge in the field of security, access, or locking technology is an advantage • Sales experience as well as strong customer and service orientation • Very good MS-Office skills • Experience with Abacus is an advantage • Strong communication and reliable personality • Rapid comprehension and resilience • Independent, structured, and precise way of working • Proficient German in speaking and writing • French language skills are an advantage Interested?
