Your mission As an Établissement psycho-social médicalisé (EPSM), in accordance with our mission of maintenance and rehabilitation, we offer our clients global support 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We offer care services adapted to the temporary or chronic needs of our users, as well as logistical support and socio-educational support promoting the maintenance of skills in activities of daily living. Within the psychosocial team, you will support people affected by mental health issues in their recovery journey through individualized support. In your capacity as a nurse, you will: provide quality care in sometimes complex and evolving situations; play a central role in the coordination of support projects with internal and external partners; actively participate in an interdisciplinary care process centered on the needs and resources of the clients; contribute, through your ideas and expertise, to the continuous evolution of our practices. Your profile You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title. You have confirmed experience in adult psychiatry or mental health, or you have a real desire to develop your expertise in this field. You hold a driver's license, have a vehicle, and reside approximately 45 minutes from our facility to ensure the on-call service. Above all, you are a person who is: deeply human and benevolent; recognized for listening skills and the quality of their relationships; motivated to invest sustainably with clients and colleagues; enjoys teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration; organized, reflective, and able to adapt to changes; convinced by a recovery-oriented approach.
