Nurse
Mental health nurse – From 1 November 2026, join a team that places humanity at the heart of its commitment
At Fondation Stanislas, we are convinced that quality support relies above all on the women and men who make it possible every day.
Our ambition is simple: to never stop progressing. We continually question our practices, develop our skills, and together seek the best answers to the needs of our clients. This culture of continuous improvement is an integral part of our identity.
To achieve this, we are looking for experienced professionals or individuals eager to develop their expertise. But, beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for human, benevolent, and committed personalities who share our desire to make a difference for the people we support. With us, interpersonal qualities, listening, respect, and teamwork are as valuable as professional skills.
Your mission
As an Établissement psycho-social médicalisé (EPSM), in accordance with our mission of maintenance and rehabilitation, we offer our clients global support 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We offer care services adapted to the temporary or chronic needs of our users, as well as logistical support and socio-educational support promoting the maintenance of skills in activities of daily living.
Within the psychosocial team, you will support people affected by mental health issues in their recovery journey through individualized support.
In your capacity as a nurse, you will:
provide quality care in sometimes complex and evolving situations;
play a central role in the coordination of support projects with internal and external partners;
actively participate in an interdisciplinary care process centered on the needs and resources of the clients;
contribute, through your ideas and expertise, to the continuous evolution of our practices.
Why join us?
Joining Fondation Stanislas today means joining a human-sized institution that invests in its future… and in that of its employees.
The Foundation has recently launched an ambitious reconstruction project for its facility on its current site. This future building will offer a modern, functional working environment designed for the well-being of both clients and professionals. A wonderful opportunity to participate in this new stage of our history and to work tomorrow in high-quality infrastructure.
We also offer you:
a pleasant working environment within a human-sized institution;
the opportunity to participate actively in institutional projects;
the possibility to take on particular responsibilities depending on your skills;
support in your professional development through continuous training;
access to occupational medicine;
working conditions and salary benefits in accordance with the CCT of the vaudois parapublic health sector.
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent title.
You have confirmed experience in adult psychiatry or mental health, or you have a real desire to develop your expertise in this field.
You hold a driver's license, have a vehicle, and reside approximately 45 minutes from our facility to ensure the on-call service.
Above all, you are a person who is:
deeply human and benevolent;
recognized for listening skills and the quality of their relationships;
motivated to invest sustainably with clients and colleagues;
enjoys teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration;
organized, reflective, and able to adapt to changes;
convinced by a recovery-oriented approach.
Want to build the future with us?
If you wish to practice your profession from 1 November 2026 in an institution where professional requirements are combined with strong human values, where everyone can contribute to evolving practices, and where an ambitious institutional project is taking shape, we will be happy to meet you.
