Tasks

• You are responsible for 1st/2nd-level support for SAP key users and users according to the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-departmental topics
• You support the SAP Basis team in system monitoring, SAP user management, and other operational tasks
• You create, maintain, and update documentation to ensure know-how transfer
• You coordinate cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers

Requirements

• You have a completed IT education and/or comparable further training
• You bring several years of experience as an SAP module administrator or supporter (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the mentioned modules and subject areas
• Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written language; other national languages are an advantage
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and convince through a strong service and service-oriented mindset
• You communicate proactively and appropriately to the target group with different stakeholders
