Operations Employee

What is my function?
As an operations employee, you are responsible for the production of water filters, from filling to final packaging, in a cleanroom environment. You will work in the final packaging of medical-related products and operate insertion machines in the plastics injection molding department. Additionally, you will actively participate in the continuous improvement process.

What do I need to be successful?
Several years of experience in a production environment

Good German skills (at least level B1)

Willingness to work in 2-shift operation (early shift 05:00 – 13:30, late shift 13:30 – 22:00)

High quality awareness

Technical understanding
