Senior Application Manager Dynamics 365 CRM # Your area of action • You ensure the stable and secure operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Customer Engagement as well as the Power Platform • In collaboration with internal and external partners, you coordinate and support changes, releases, testing as well as production deployments, guaranteeing a reliable implementation of solutions • You analyze and prioritize the business requirements of different departments and transform them into viable technical solutions • You advise departments, Product Owners and project managers on issues relating to processes, data, integrations, authorizations and automation • You continuously develop the platforms, integrations and automations, thus supporting a sustainable and high-performance system landscape • You continuously evaluate modern technologies, AI services as well as the functionalities of the Microsoft Cloud platform and actively integrate their potential into the development of the solution landscape What you bring • You have a higher education degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable technical field • You succeed in collaborating with different stakeholders even in demanding and evolving system environments, by establishing relationships and keeping an overview • You have several years of experience in application management (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) as well as in the operation and development of corresponding platforms • You possess good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, the Power Platform as well as modern cloud, integration and automation solutions • You analyze complex technical and professional contexts in a structured manner and find pragmatic and sustainable solutions • You have a very good command of German as well as English at a good level; certifications in the Microsoft Dynamics environment are an advantage We do not wish to receive applications from recruitment agencies.
