Your area of responsibility

• Telephone consultation and sale of Quickline products
• Processing of orders incl. credit checks and depot processing
• Handling of general customer inquiries
• Representation of GAW | Quickline values at the reception desk
• Collaboration at trade fairs and promotional campaigns

Your profile

• Completed training with experience in the telecommunications or multimedia industry
• Or career change with a flair for customer service
• High sales motivation and professional appearance
• Committed, resilient and communicative teamwork skills
• Curiosity, openness and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
• High interest in telecommunications products and technical understanding
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers and their diverse needs
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, any further language is an advantage
