• Together with the kitchen team and your coach, you will bring our restaurant to life and enthuse our guests
• You prepare tasty menus based on fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and spices
• You ensure the physical well-being of your guests
• Together, we create the gastronomy of today and tomorrow and develop new culinary trends
• You assume responsibilities and creatively stage your dishes on the plate
• You verify the delivery of goods, check the quality of the food and store it correctly

Your place of assignment ##

At the gastronomy ZKB Hard/Steinfels in Zurich, up to 2000 guests dine every day with a varied and high-quality offering. Two cafeterias and two dining rooms are attached to the establishment. Various special events are organized.

What we offer you - among other things ##

Events: induction week, Chiefs for a Week, SV specialized courses, end-of-apprenticeship party
Finances: 1st year of apprenticeship CHF 1'020, 2nd year: CHF 1'300, 3rd year: CHF 1'550, 13th month, financial participation in school material costs
Working days: 42-hour week (mainly from Monday to Friday in an SV employee restaurant)
Vacation: 6 weeks
Catering: free, fresh and healthy catering for employees
