CNC Setup Technician Turning / Programmer 100% (m/f/d) – Hölstein BL Option Permanent Contract

For our customer in Hölstein BL, we are looking for two experienced CNC setup technicians in the field of turning with programming knowledge, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Our customer is an internationally active company in precision manufacturing and medical technology.
Do you bring experience with CNC turning machines and are you particularly familiar with Nakamura or INDEX machines? Then an exciting challenge awaits you in a demanding production environment.

Your tasks

• Independent setup and operation of CNC turning machines
• Programming, adapting and optimizing CNC programs
• Manufacture of demanding precision components
• Setup and monitoring of Nakamura or INDEX turning machines
• Carrying out tool changes and tool corrections
• Reading and implementing technical drawings
• Monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Carrying out dimension and quality controls
• Troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth production process

Your profile

• Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC turning
• Sound knowledge in the independent setup and programming of CNC turning machines
• Experience with Nakamura machines or INDEX machines is required
• Good knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
• High quality awareness and precise way of working
• Readiness to work in 2-shift operation
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Resident in the region or mobile with own car

Early shift 05:00 – 13:00
Late shift 13:00 – approx. 21:45

The weekly working time is 42,5 hours.
