Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical sanitation interventions for professional and private clients
• Ensure the optimal allocation of teams and vehicles according to emergencies and operational priorities
• Manage incoming calls and advise customers on the services offered
• Follow up on administrative files related to interventions and guarantee the accuracy of information
• Ensure liaison between field teams, customers, and operational managers
• Anticipate needs and adapt resources to ensure high service quality
• Actively participate in the improvement of planning and coordination processes

Profile

• CFC in the field of logistics, administration, transport or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in planning, operational coordination or dispatching
• Excellent ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good mastery of standard IT tools, notably Microsoft 365 and planning software
• Proactive, organized, autonomous and solution-oriented personality
