Senior Real Estate Marketer

LIBA & PARTNER IMMOBILIEN AG is an independent, family-run company for real estate services in Northwestern Switzerland. With personal advice, high market knowledge, and a strong network, we accompany owners during the sale of their properties.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an experienced real estate personality with a personal network built up over many years, enjoyment of acquisition, and strong implementation competence.

Your tasks

• Proactive acquisition of sales mandates from your own network
• Independent management of marketing mandates from consultation and positioning to successful closing
• Development and implementation of object-specific marketing strategies
• Advising owners as well as conducting negotiations
• Active cooperation in the LIBA marketing team and contributing own experience and market knowledge

Your profile

• Sound professional experience in the real estate sector, e.g., real estate marketing, Real Estate Banking/real estate financing, project development, or construction-related fields
• Well-maintained personal network with potential for the acquisition of own sales mandates
• Entrepreneurial thinking, closing strength, and high customer orientation
• Ability to manage marketing processes independently, structurally, and reliably
• Enjoyment of working in a small, ambitious team
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
