Important notes: fixed working days/hours: Wednesday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 What you will be doing Ensuring operational day-to-day business as well as communication with customers and branches (processing customer inquiries, complaints, etc.) Truck reception and allocation to unloading and loading ramps Management of CamiOnline (truck reservation system for deliveries) Planning and control of incoming goods complaints What you bring Education: Completed basic or further training Field of study: Businesswoman, clerical work Professional experience: 1-5 years of clerical work, reception Proficient handling of MS Office products (especially Excel) Experience in a similar function in logistics administration is an advantage Willingness to work fixed hours and be employed on an hourly wage German (C1) Italian (B1) French (B1) English (ADVANTAGEOUS) What we offer you Occupational pension: The benefits of the Migros pension fund are significantly above the legal requirements.
