In order to complete our team, we are looking for, for our Noville site, a CIVIL ENGINEERING MANAGER (f/m) 80\-100% Profile CFC as a civil engineering draftsman / GC technician or a title judged equivalent. Mastery of professional IT tools (Messerli). Knowledge of SIA and VSS standards. Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and electrical installation safety would be an advantage. A few years of experience in managing a civil engineering construction site desired. Knowledge of public procurement. Ability to organize oneself while working in a multidisciplinary team. Natural ease in contacts and interpersonal skills. Driving license. Responsibilities Participate in the project development (civil engineering part). Prepare and award calls for tender, estimates, and bids. Manage and coordinate civil engineering works while ensuring follow-up. Enforce working methods and ensure compliance with safety measures. Establish measurements and invoice follow-up. Guarantee deadlines, quality, and budgets of assigned works. Collaborate closely with the project manager(s).
