With a generous natural garden, regular forest days, lots of movement, and quiet recovery phases outdoors, we strengthen the children's immune systems and enable them to discover the world with all their senses. In doing so, we promote their independence in everyday life and accompany them mindfully and individually on their developmental path.   Your tasks - Lead responsibility for the recruitment, training, and support of apprentices - Planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning processes - Planning, organization, and design of everyday life in the Kita in close cooperation with the pedagogical team - Creation of a development-promoting and appreciative atmosphere for children and employees based on the dual educational concept Elmar - Planning, design, and accompaniment of varied nature and outdoor activities in all weather - Creation of portfolios, assessments, and development reports - Competent, appreciative, and transparent cooperation with parents - Planning, organization, implementation, and leadership of meetings as well as events   Your profile - EFZ as Childcare Specialist, completed since at least 31.07.2024 - Certificate as a vocational trainer as well as experience in the support and training of apprentices - Enthusiasm and commitment to vocational training - Independent, structured, and reliable way of working - Good organizational and planning skills - Strong administrative competencies as well as confident use of IT applications - Communicative, resilient, and responsible personality with high initiative Applications from recruitment agencies cannot be considered for this position!
