In this position, you are significantly responsible for ensuring that the installation processes on the construction site run smoothly and that the products are installed professionally. You take responsibility on-site and ensure flawless quality through your expertise. As a link between the construction site and planning, you coordinate appointments and processes and guarantee compliance with the highest safety standards.

your tasks

• Professional installation of all products as well as third-party products.
• Exercising authority over B-fitters on the construction site.
• Active communication with the project manager to ensure project progress.
• Regular feedback to the installation management and the head fitter.
• Assuming full responsibility for safety on the construction site according to training.
• Correctly filling out and signing reports.

Qualifications

your competencies

• Proven experience as a fitter, ideally with qualification as an A-fitter.
• Readiness to travel with overnight stays throughout Switzerland
• Leadership talent and the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.
• High sense of responsibility for installation quality and occupational safety.
• Organizational talent for coordination with internal and external interfaces.
• Reliability in complying with break, rest, and safety regulations.
