CONSTRUCTION MANAGER IN ROAD AND CIVIL ENGINEERING (m/f/d) 50 - 100% - Focus: Upgrader from practical experience Your tasks: Project management: Independent organization and leadership of road and civil engineering projects. Work preparation: Efficient AVOR, schedule and resource planning (personnel, machines, material). Cost control: Ongoing monitoring of construction site costs, supplementary management, and measurement systems. Billing: Preparation of interim and final invoices. Contact person: Competent support for clients, engineers, and authorities. Leadership: Close cooperation with and leadership of the foremen on the sites. Your profile: Sound basis: Completed basic training in road construction (e.g., Strassenbauer EFZ). Leadership experience: Several years of successful activity as a road construction foreman. Further education: Completed or ongoing further education to Construction Manager (SBA / TS) is a plus, but not a must - we also support you with career changes. PC skills: Confident handling of MS Office and ideally industry software (e.g., SORBA). Personality: Assertive, commercial thinking, organizational talent, and team spirit. Driver's license Cat.
